You will have to aid Soma beat Wigmund to regain control over the area . However , Soma finds out that 1 out of the 3 of her most trusted advisor Birna, Lif and Galinn , had betrayed her. Now Eivor needs to find out who is the traitor and this could impact the course of the game. Hence we have to be very careful in picking out who is the real traitor.

So , in order to find who the traitor is , you need to move around the area and speak to different people in Grantebridge. You have to collect evidences in and around the area.  You will eventually learn that both Birna and Lif were busy with other work on the night of the attack. Birna was with other people while Lif was his shipyard. When you come out of the tunnel in Soma’s Longhouse, you will find yellow paint on the way. Follow the paint and you will get to a paint bucket. Investigate further by talking to Lif and you will learn that his paint was stolen that night which was being used to paint the ship. But we do not get any information about Galinn. Which proves that he is the real traitor.

So you can now easily tell Soma about Galinn being the real traitor. But if you select a wrong person it will have an impact in the story . Whoever you select will end up dying. This could also affect Eivor’s relationship with Soma . If in case you want to see how the story changes on selecting someone other than Galinn, make a save right before you speak to Soma. In that way you can load the game from there and play again.
