The SBC is not so cheap but I will recommend going for it just to try out your luck. However, do it only if you are planning to build a Premier League squad or you already have one.
Cheapest Premier League TOTS Upgrade SBC Solution in FIFA 23
You need to submit two squads for this SBC.
Squad 1- 85 Rated:
- There should be at least 2 players which are 87 overall or higher.
- The squad rating should be 85 or more.

As I said before, this SBC by no means is cheap. So try to use as many untradeable cards as you can in the squad. There is no way you can earn coins from them, so why not throw them in an SBC?
The lowest price for the SBC is normally calculated from the lowest market value of the players used. This normally changes with time. Therefore considering the time of publishing this article, the squads that I have shown above are definitely the cheapest.
Squad 2 requires a TOTS card. Try not to submit the expensive ones. There are plenty of TOTS cards available in the market that would cost you under 30k. I have used Giles who is currently worth 25k. Hence, I would suggest you use this card as well.
