Well these are the players , I personally feel who could get a TOTY card . But to be honest , I do not feel Neymar would get one but there are rumors that he might . And boy this card is going to be cracked. There are also rumors on Renato Sanchez getting a TOTY card and I am not so sure whether he would. But I can put my money on Bruno Fernandes getting one. He had been outstanding for Man Utd . Neuer would definitely get one as well and so will Ramos and Trent .
