Face Recognition to be Turned off :

In the past it was proven that this feature actually interfered with the apps and  games causing them to frequently crash with the error code CE-34878-0. Hence we recommend that you keep this featured turned off.

  • On your console menu select Settings
  • Scroll down and look for  Login Settings and click on it
  • Uncheck the box next to Enable Face Recognition
  • Restart your PlayStation 4 .
