How to Get Access to Mortal Kombat 1 Beta-Â NetherRealm Studios did an amazing job with the new Mortal Kombat 1 trailer. They managed to leave us wondering about the storyline and at the same time more hyped about the game.
September 19th seems like 100 years as we wait for the official release. However, there is a way in which you could actually get to play the game much before its release. Yes, Mortal Kombat 1 Closed Beta will begin in August 2023.
It won’t be the final product as developers would obviously fix the game according to the feedback they get from the Beta tests. But still, you would get a chance to play the game beforehand.
How to Get Access to Mortal Kombat 1 Beta
I love the fact that NetherRealm Studios decided to go with Liu Kang’s ending in Aftermath. It makes more sense and the fact that we get a reboot might do well with the audience. It is not the first time they have rebooted the series.
Remember, back in Mortal Kombat 9 when Raiden used the amulet to rewind time to a point where he could fix things and save the future of Earthrealm?
It is like that, but this time Liu has the power to completely reset the whole timeline. Rather, he could create a new timeline from scratch which could bring peace to the realms.
The game also features the concept of Kameo Fighters which would be a set of characters you can use along with the main Roster to assist you in battle. All these new features make me really excited about the game. Even more excited about the roster.
Well, Mortal Kombat 1 Beta gives you this opportunity to enjoy the game way earlier than anyone else. Mortal Kombat 1 Closed Beta should be available in August 2023.
To gain access to MK 1 Beta this is what you need to do:
- Beta is only available for users on consoles. We are talking about the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S users.
- So if you are a PS5 or an Xbox user, go ahead and Pre Order the game. You can buy any edition you want and Pre Orders begin from the 19th of May.
- This makes you eligible for beta. However, not everyone who pre-orders the game would be able to get access to the Beta. You will only be eligible and you might have to wait for an Email confirmation from NetherRealm Studios.
