- Refresh Rate : 144 Hz (maximum refresh rate of your monitor)
- VSync : Off (reduces frame rate by a lot just to sync the video when you are getting frame drops. Also leads to input delay)
- Field of View : 50 (the higher you go the lower the performance)
- Hide HUD : Off
- Graphics Quality Preset : Custom
- Raytraced Ambient Occlusion : Off (Takes a huge hit on performance. We do not want that)
Brightness and Camera options would be on your preference. They have no effect on performance.
Click on Advanced Display Options :
- Frame Rate Cap : Uncapped (There is no pint capping frame rate when we are trying to get the most of it)

If you look closely, you will notice your VRAM at the bottom right corner of the screen. This makes it a lot more easier for you to deal with these settings. Keep playing with the settings until you are close to your VRAM limit.
Do not go beyond the VRAM limit or else you will have performance issues. Try to stay within your VRAM limit and max out whatever you can to get the best visuals for yourself. Also feel free to copy the settings I have shown you.
