Wild Hearts- How to Easily Find Tsukumo?

What are Tsukumos?

If you are wondering what the Tsukumos are in the game, then let me explain it to you. They are basically your small companions who aid you in combat in different ways.

Some may help you attack the monsters, some may help you defensively, while some may heal you and refill your Celestial Threads while you do all the fighting.

Tsukumos do not come to you, you need to find them in the wild. Once you do, you will be rewarded with a cog part that lets you upgrade your Tsukumo. To upgrade your companion you need to sit by the fire and use the option “Enhance Tsukumo”.

How to Locate Tsukumos Quickly in Wild Hearts?

As I said before, Tsukumos won’t just appear in front of you. You need to find them. Even though you won’t be able to see them at first but they are easily recognizable by the mechanical noises they make.

However, the game does make it easier for you to spot these Tsukumos with the help of the Karakuri Tech Tree. There are several upgrades that would help you locate these little companions. The Karakuri that would help you is the Dragon Karakuri. Upgrading the Hunting Tower would help you find these Tsukumos.

The initial upgrade would only scan areas nearby for Tsukumos while the Deep Probe Upgrade will actually highlight them on the map. Place more hunting towers in each region to get more information about the existence of the Tsukumos.

If in case you do not have these upgrades yet, then the only way would be through exploration. Try to listen to those mechanical noises these things make and you can just walk up to them following the noise and “Befriend” them by pressing L2 (PS) or LT (Xbox).
