The Gungnir is not just a mythical spear, it is the spear of Odin himself. This spear is incredibly strong and has a great range which would always give you the upper hand in melee combat. Finding this spear could be a little tricky and that is what we are here for.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – How to Find Gungnir | Odin’s Legendary Spear | Location Guide
Odin’s Spear is undoubtedly one of the best weapons in the game. Let’s check out the stats on this weapon first :
In order to find this mythical spear you need to wait until you have unlocked all the provinces in England. This is when you will be going back to Norway in Hordafylke for another mission. You can choose to get this spear while you are on the mission or you can always come back later. This is the location :
It will be inside a big cave, the entrance to which would look like this :
Once you are inside you pretty much need to follow a straight path until you reach a point where you could go left or right. Head left from that point.
Once you go left, you will find a narrow passageway like a crack through the wall. On the other side, you will see a spear stuck to the wall. That is it, go through the crack to the other side and take the spear out of the wall. But remember, you need to have all 4 Adrenaline Bars unlocked to pull out the Gungnir from the wall. By this point in the game, you would probably have them unlocked.
The Gungnir is now yours and you can dominate groups of enemies with this beast of a spear. Enjoy the game.
