Sniping feels extremely satisfying in Call of Duty games, especially Modern Warfare 3. There aren’t many newly added snipers in the game. However, new people would have quite a few to work with.
Some snipers are slow but hit like a truck, while some give you mobility with ADS speed but lack firepower. With the right attachments, you could probably make any sniper overpowered. To be honest, there isn’t any bad weapon in this game. All you need is the right class setup and you should be good to go.
Best LONGBOW Loadout Class Setup in MW3
The Longbow is one of those snipers that you start using and you realize why it even exists in the game. Well, let’s say there is a reason. Imagine a sniper that does not even one-shot enemies in the chest area. It is really bad at the beginning and you basically cannot do anything about it.
Your best bet is to level the weapon up somehow and get the attachments unlocked. Once you do, trust me you won’t even feel like using another sniper. I will show you a build that would let you one-shot enemies almost anywhere on the map.

We are basically focusing on the ADS Speed for quick scoping and the Damage Range to get those one-shot eliminations on the chest and head. The Longbow actually has the worst damage range out of all the snipers and you need to build on that to make it usable.
If you want to use another Optic on this gun, go ahead and replace it with Ammunition.
I am currently using this build and it is working wonders for me. I one-shot enemies all over the map and they literally rage on me. Try it out, I am pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.
