Best MOUSE Sensitivity Settings for THE FINALS

The Finals undoubtedly brought an air of freshness to the FPS genre of gaming. Based on a pretty unique concept, The Finals is also a highly competitive game where having the right settings could give you that edge over your opponents.

Today’s guide will be discussing the Best Mouse Sensitivity Settings for the Finals.

Best MOUSE Sensitivity Settings for THE FINALS

How many times have you started spraying on an enemy, taking almost all of his health bar down just for him to run away at 1 hp? This is exactly when we all feel that tweaking the sensitivity might just make the difference.

Changing mouse sensitivity too many times will only mess up your muscle memory and you will not be able to aim properly. So the best way to learn how to aim is to take your time to set up your sensitivity and continue playing with it.

Ways to Set Your Mouse Sensitivity in The Finals:

There are many ways in which you can actually set your sensitivity.  Head to the Practice Mode and follow these steps:

  • Do a quick 180-degree spin with a single smooth swipe of your mouse. Set up two targets exactly opposite to each other and then try to aim at both by a single swipe of your mouse. Adjust the sensitivity in a way that helps you immediately point to the target after a 180-degree turn.
  • For the next one, you can head to the shooting range and point to a target. Then move left and right while scoping making sure your crosshair is not moving away from the target’s body.

Sensitivity is something that you need to figure out on your own. Playing a very low sensitivity might help you do micro adjustment to your aim but you won’t be able to flick the crosshair quickly to an enemy far away. While a higher sensitivity will enable you to flick fast you won’t be able to make those micro adjustments to your aim.

Factors like hand space or mouse pad size also matter a lot. If you do not have much room around your mouse pad, or if your mouse pad is small you might want to use a higher sensitivity. While people who can freely move their arms can easily play on a lower sensitivity.

My Aim/ Mouse Sensitivity Setting for The Finals:

Here is what I am currently using for The Finals.

  • Windows Cursor Speed: 10
  • Mouse DPI: 800
  • Polling Rate: 1000
  • Field of View: 100

Having a low Zoom sensitivity helps me keep my crosshair locked onto the target. You can also try and experiment with a low Zoom Setting to see if it helps you track targets smoothly.

Feel free to use my sensitivity settings and see if it works well for you. However, at the end of the day, it comes down to personal preference and comfort level. You can’t force yourself to play on an Aim Sensitivity that is not comfortable for you.

That is all on “Best MOUSE Sensitivity Settings for THE FINALS“.
