You only need to submit one squad but keep in mind all the requirements should be met.

• You can use players from 5 different Nationalities. Not more than that.
• There cannot be more than 2 players from the same league.
• You cannot use more than 3 players from the same club.
• The Squad Rating should be at least 77
• The Chemistry Rating should be 29 or higher.
• A total of 11 players are to be submitted.

The player availability on PC is lower compared to the consoles. The transfer market on PC is a separate one, unlike the console users who enjoy a combined transfer market. This is the reason why player prices are often higher on PC.

But still, I would recommend doing the SBC as you would obviously have fodder in the club that you can use. In case you having trouble solving the puzzle, go ahead and copy the squad I have shown in the picture. Use the ones that you have in the club first and then buy the rest from the market.
