However, it seems like a lot of users cannot get their EA Sports FC24 Companion App to work.

EA Sports FC24- Companion App Not Working | No Code | How to Fix
For those who are new, the Companion App is basically a mobile app that lets you have 24 x 7 access to FC24 Ultimate Team.
You can build your squad, do SBCs, and trade with the app. To download it all you have to do is search EA Sports FC24 Companion App on the Google Play Store or App Store.
In case you cannot log in to the app, or if it just does not open or connect, you would have to follow these few steps to fix it.
- Make sure you have enough space in your system storage. Apparently, the app does not open if you have less than 100MB left on your system storage.
- There could be some cached data preventing the login. Clear your System Cached data and then try to log in to the Companion App.
- Re-installing the App may fix the problem too. However, I would recommend clearing out the app data instead. Just go to Settings of your phone and then to Applications. Select EA Sports FC24 Companion. You will get an option to clear out the data from that app. Corrupted data may prevent the app from working.
- Restarting your phone and the internet.
Did Not Receive the Verification Code for FC24 Companion App?
If you are not getting the Verification code for logging in to the FC24 Companion App, do these steps:
- Go to your Email account and keep refreshing the Inbox.
- Check the Social or the Spam folder. Most of the time emails from EA go into the Social tab.
- Don’t keep resending the code if you don’t see one. It will only make the situation worse and your account may get locked. Just wait for a few minutes or maybe an hour. The longest I had to wait for 6 hours and that is because so many people were trying to log into the app at the same time. Only resend the code twice and not more than that. You can contact EA for more help.

At the moment of writing this article, it is clearly mentioned on EA’s website that “Your Login Verification code may be taking longer to send than usual. Stay tuned while we fix the issue.”
So do not panic. You will get the code but it will only be a little late.
