MK1 Season 2 is upon us and we finally have some new content based on the new Blood Moon theme. This time it is Nitara replacing Scorpiona as the final boss. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of the Vampire theme. The skins basically look like a by-product of Nitara and Quan-Chi getting some alone time.
Anyways, we are here to learn how to deal with the main. Blood Thirsty Nitara is not easy to beat and if you are struggling, this is just the right guide for you.
Today we are going to discuss how you can easily beat her in Mortal Kombat 1 Season 2 Invasions.
How to Defeat BLOOD THIRSTY NITARA in Mortal Kombat 1 Invasions
As usual, boss fights in invasions consist of three or more stages this time we are dealing with 4 of them.
Stage 1:
Just like any other regular boss fight where she armors through the majority of your moves so make sure you don’t use strings that are 3 hits or more. Increase your Attack rating as much as possible and keep spamming uppercut. However, keep in mind about spamming it more than 3 times in a row as the AI would start blocking after that.
Stage 2:
Is it just me or survival games just does not make sense anymore in Season 2? They have become ridiculously hard. Your best bet is to survive this by taking as little damage as possible. If you manage to do this without taking a single hit, you would probably not be reading this article.
There would be a meteor-like thing thrown at you from the top corners of your screen. Exactly behind you would be a blood tornado just to restrict your movement. But if you have Raide, you could easily teleport and go through this phase taking very little damage. There will be markers on the ground showing where the meteors are going to land. You need to avoid them at all costs.
Also jumping around won’t help as these meteors easily track you in the air. So keep moving forward until you see the markers right in front of you. Teleport behind the tornado and wait until it comes back to you again. Repeat the same thing.
Stages 3 and 4:
It is very similar to the first stage but Nitara covers herself with blood armor and glows red. She also becomes smarter and reacts appropriately to your moves. So if you are not careful you might end up getting punished a lot. The uppercut will be your best friend again so don’t hesitate.
Also, Nitara can be launched only after her blood armor is gone so go ahead and get those 1000 damage combos on her. Avoid using special moves too often as she would just armor through it and punish you. Keep your distance and try not to spam the same move over and over again.
If you manage to beat her, which I am sure you will, the game rewards you with the Nitara Twilight Skin.
