There are 4 kinds of hearts in Season 1- the Brutal Heart, the Vicious Heart, the Devious Heart, and the Wrathful Heart. While it is easier to get the first 3, the Wrathful Hearts are undoubtedly the strongest hearts in the game but the rarest as well.

How to Farm Unlimited Wrathful Hearts Easily in Diablo 4 S1
If you wish to find a Wrathful heart you might have to farm a dozen Malignant dungeons. Even after all that grind you might be lucky enough to get just one of them. However, this guide will help you get as many Wrathful Hearts as you want.
Here is what you need to do:
- Keep playing the Seasonal Campaign until you reach the Quest called “The Cold Hard Truth“.
- For this, you need to complete both Chapters 1 and 2.
- The Quest will ask you to enter the Velkova Church Undercroft in Kyovashad.
- The goal is to Farm this Dungeon repeatedly without finishing the quest.
- When you enter the dungeon you need to go ahead and clear all the enemies and head to the final place where you would have a boss fight.
- You will find a lot of Malignant enemies and there is a good chance of finding a Wrathful Heart before you reach the boss as well.
- When you reach the final area you will have to put all the “Ritual Incense” in the bowls.
- Then talk to Cormond for one last time. Do not communicate with any NPCs after this.
- The boss fight will begin shortly after the dialogue ends. Defeat him and collect the Wrathful Heart that he drops. Do not speak to anyone after that.
- Simply teleport back to town and Leave the game. Or just select the “Leave Dungeon” option and click on Reset Dungeon once you are outside of it.
- If you are in a lobby all you have to do is leave the party if you are the lobby leader and let others join you instead. When you enter the dungeon, change the lobby leader, and then he leaves the party before the quest is completed.
- Remember, if you complete the quest, this will be all over. Do not speak to Cormond after the boss fight.
That is how you can farm an unlimited number of Wrathful Hearts in Diablo 4 Season 1.
You may call this an exploit. Although the chances of patching this are pretty low, you might want to get as many as you can before they patch it.
