- According to the description, the best source to farm this item would be World Bosses. Look out for World Boss events on the map and participate in them. Defeat the World Boss and he would drop a Chest that has a high chance of throwing out a Scattered Prism.
- The next would be in random events. As mentioned in the description, you can get this item from large bodies. It does not necessarily have to be a World Boss. A regular boss who is physically huge could also help you get these. There are several time-based events that keep happening across the map where you would have to defeat a huge regular boss at the end who might drop this. Chances are not as high as a World Boss.
- Rare drops increase in World Tier 3 Nightmare mode. Therefore, try to complete random events in Nightmare mode as much as possible. You could still end up getting one of these.
