Aren’t we all eagerly waiting for Tekken 8 to drop? I just played the CNT and I loved the game.
I am a Jin main who started playing Leo a few months back and this one question ran through my mind all the time. Will Leo be in Tekken 8? Well, no one knows anything for sure as we only got to use a few characters in the CNT.
However, there is a recently leaked photo of the Tekken 8 Roster that has gone viral. In this guide today, we are going to discuss whether or not it is real.
Tekken 8 Roster Leak| Is it Real or Fake?
A few days ago there was a random Tekken 8 Roster leak which raised a lot of questions. The majority of the fan base believes that to be fake while some thought otherwise.
If you take a look at the roster, the first thing you will notice is that the image quality is pretty low. This is exactly why it makes things even more interesting as there is very little way to find out whether it is a valid leak.
However, it could also mean that the leak could be fake and that is why the uploader used a very low-quality image. Here are the characters that you see in the image:

Is this Real or Fake?
If you notice carefully, a lot of characters in the image are looking like their older Tekken versions. For example, Yoshi looks like the one from Tekken 3. The ones in the roster that we already know, look very different from the previous games. For example, Hwoarang and Paul.
Also, I do feel that Devil Jin would be a part of the main roster since Jin now has access to some of his Devil moves. He could be a potential DLC for the future but not going to be in the main roster for sure.
It is also worth noting that the community is filled with AI images of Tekken characters. These AI-rendered images look very real and could easily be used in this leaked image.
Overall, I feel this could be fake but I am not sure. I would want it to be real though, but there had been several roster leaks in the past which were proven to be fake. This one however, does not have anything crazy and is a little more believable than the other ones.
