Where to Find Fiend Rose in Diablo 4
This is undoubtedly one of the rarest items in the game. Later on in the game, you would be using nothing but Legendary gear. At times you may want to change a particular stat of the gear to suit your build. This is where you need the Fiend Rose. Either you could extract the aspect and destroy the item or you could look around for this item.
Here is how you can find it:
- You cannot find this item randomly in World Tier 2 difficulty. Yes, that is how it works. The Fiend Rose is extremely rare and can only be obtained once you play to World Tier 3 Nightmare difficulty.
- It drops in during Helltide events which can only happen in Nightmare mode.
- The only way you can manage to find one in World Tier 2 difficulty, would be through the Silent Chests. The drop rate is extremely low and you might have to open a dozen to get one of these, that too if you are lucky.
- To unlock Nightmare difficulty you need to complete the Campaign and Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon in Kyovashad in the World Tier 2 Veteran difficulty.
- Once you do that, head to the World Tier Statue and select Nightmare mode. There is one at Kyovashad. Or you can do it from the main menu.
After you have selected the difficulty, keep an eye on Helltide events happening across the sanctuary. That is where you can find a Fiend Rose. It would randomly drop from an enemy or you can get it as a reward.
