Are you wondering which edition you should buy for WWE 2K23 this year?
Well, this guide will tell you everything you need to know about all the editions and help you reach a decision.
WWE 2K23- Which Edition should you Buy?
WWE 2K23 is going to be out soon on all platforms and from the videos available, it seems like the game will be just as good as last year. The graphics look outstanding and Ray Traced reflections make the game look even better.
WWE 2K22 for me was perhaps one of the best WWE games made in recent years. The new fighting system turned out to be a game-changer for the franchise. The game was far less glitchy compared to the previous installment.
If you ask me, I have high hopes for WWE 2K23 and I wish they would make some important minor changes here and there to make it even better.
Like every year, the game comes in 3 Editions- Standard, Deluxe, and Icon. Here is a detailed guide on what you get from these Editions and which one you should get.

Which WWE 2K23 Edition Should you Buy and Why?
The Standard Edition just gives you the base game. A lot of people do not stay dedicated to the game throughout the year. If you are not so serious about wrestling and you do not care about future DLCs then this is the pack you should get.
The other two Editions are pretty costly indeed but they have a lot more to offer than just the base game. You get MyRISE attribute and skill point boost along with plenty of MyFACTION items as well.
If you ask me I do not play MyFACTIONS at all. However, the Icon Edition would be best for users who love MyFACTION mode. If you feel these items are rare and you need to have them, go for Icon.
For dedicated wrestling fans choosing between Deluxe and Icon could be quite a tough ask. If you just wish to play the game earlier go for the Deluxe Edition.
But, people like me who have grown up during the Attitude and the Ruthless Aggression Eras would probably spend the extra bucks and get the Icon Edition. The only reason will be my emotions being attached to the superstars I loved watching as a child. Getting to play with these guys would be so exciting and nostalgic.
I do not think that you will be able to unlock the throwback superstars through the Showcase mode. They will only be playable if you own the Icon Edition.
So, I would personally get the Icon Edition out of pure emotion. However, if you are young and you do not know much about the early Ruthless Aggression era, you might want to save your money and get Deluxe instead.
I hope the guide will help you decide which Edition to get. Please let us know in the comments section down below and also keep following FPS Index for more WWE 2K23 guides.
