Greeted with this Error Message that says “Insufficient Free Space” whenever you try to download something from the WWE 2K24 Community Creations?
Well, you are not the only one as this is actually a glitch that is happening with almost every user. Keep reading to find out more.
What is the Insufficient Free Space Error?
The WWE 2K24 Community is a place filled with amazing Creations that you can download for free. Superstars with alternate attires, Arenas, Shows, and Superstars who are not even in the game are also available to download. However, the number of items you can download is limited to the space available for you on the game’s cloud storage.
So if you exceed the limit you encounter this Error Message which informs you about the game not having enough free space to download that specific item.
Is There a FIX?
Well, of course, there is. Provided you are genuinely out of space and it is not a bug or a glitch. 2K did add a tool that you can use to delete items you have downloaded from the Community.
Go to Options and the Extras. Now select Deletion Utility.
Select the files you want to delete and click on Accept and the files you selected will be deleted from the game clearing up space for you to download more items.
However, the error we are talking about over here is a bug that is triggering whenever you hit Download on a Community Item.
There is no official Fix to the Bug yet. However, you can try doing a File Verification Check and see if it works for you. There is no guarantee whether this step will fix the prob as the people on consoles are facing it too.
- Go to Library
- Select WWE 2K24
- Right Click and go to Properties
- Now select Installed Files
- Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.
- Restart Steam and Check.
People on Consoles can try and re-install or re-download the whole game again. As I said, there is no fix to this as of now.
The best thing you can do now is to Submit a Report to 2K.
I have Submitted mine and I am pretty sure with enough reports 2K will go ahead and Fix this error.
